The JZL series axial fan is a new material and new process axial flow fan. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, simple structure, light weight, low power consumption and smooth operation. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy and cast by twisted blade.

This series of fans are widely used in spiral IQF machines, tunnel IQF machines, flat quick freezers, flat storage racks, pre-coolers and cold stores, etc. The fan impeller is die cast with aluminum alloy, featuring high strength, bright and clean surface, which is an ideal choice for high-grade air conditioning refrigeration and food processing.

Impeller group: made up of impeller and fairing. Die-cast aluminum alloy impeller split, molded by the mold, the impeller can also use stainless steel.

Main air duct: made of steel plate, using the mold turning edge, the flange ring is strengthened. The material can be stainless steel or ordinary steel plate hot dip zinc.

Support frame: the special motor of the fan is supported in the air duct to make the air gap and the clearance of the impeller both.

Junction box (optional) : material is strength nylon.

Outlet mode: The lead wire leads directly out and install the junction box on the hair dryer.

Structure type: GD- type of pipe.

Motor: Moisture-proof and low-temperature resistant three-phase asynchronous motor for cooling fans, cast iron shell, IP55. 220V-660V/50Hz or 60Hz, customizable based on customer demands.

Guard net: can add guard net, according to customer requirement.

Specification: according to the size of the diameter is divided into No. 4.0, No. 4.5, No. 5, No. 5.6, No. 6.3, No. 7.1, No. 8, a total of 7 kinds of commonly used machine.

Transmission form: the motor is connected directly with the impeller.
